About Us
Contractor's Layout, Inc. has been in business since 1997 and is owned by Darcy L. Quappe and Paul Quappe. The focus of our business is primarily construction stakeout for public works projects. We offer over 35 years of practical experience combined with computer‐generated automated survey stakeout. Contractor's Layout has provided subcontractor survey stakeout services to most of the major construction companies in the Long Island and New York City areas. Recently we have been DBE Certified.
